• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• The venue reserves the right to deny entry to anyone intoxicated, disruptive, or violating venue rules.

• Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

• Professional cameras or recording equipment is prohibited without prior permission.

• Security checks may be conducted upon entry.

• The venue is not liable for lost or stolen items.

• In case of an emergency, follow the instructions of venue staff.

• The venue, promoters, and performers are not responsible for any injury, losses, or damages incurred during the event.

• By attending the concert, you acknowledge and assume all associated risks.

• The venue reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.

• In case of event cancellation due to bad weather conditions, ticket holders will be eligible for a refund or exchange, subject to venue policies.

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed following the laws of the United Arab Emirates.   

• The venue may modify these terms and conditions at any time.

• Purchasing a ticket signifies your agreement to these terms and conditions.

• Guests are not allowed to change seats or move their lounges on their own. They must request assistance from the hotel team for any adjustments.

 

Children Policy:

• Children aged 0 - 2 can enter the venue free of cost (without a chair). However, a 50% charge will be applicable if they need to be seated to ensure their comfort and safety. 

• For children aged 3 – 11 to attend the event, 50% of the adult ticket price is applicable.

• All children need to be under an adult’s supervision at all times, as this is crucial for their safety and the comfort of other attendees.

• The number of children attending must be communicated at the time of booking.

• It is the sole responsibility of parents/guardians to ensure that underage children do not consume alcohol. The hotel is not responsible for monitoring or preventing underage drinking.
